Responsibilities
Provide senior legal support and expertise on legal issues arising from business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.
Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.
Provide contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.
Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters.
Qualifications
Law degree.
Master in business law is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
Experience with public tenders.
Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
Excellent English language skills.
Native Spanish speaker.
