Your Tasks
* Coordinate the IT service desk in Spain, handle technical inquiries and incidents, process and resolve them in the following areas: Desktops, workstations, laptops, Windows operating systems, including applications like M365, Printers, scanners, VoIP devices, Mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
* Forward tickets to specialized departments if necessary.
* Ensure data maintenance in the service and ticketing system (ICT assets, inventory, tickets).
* Manage user access, report IT security incidents, and support the IT security team on local compliance issues.
* Maintain and update knowledge bases, document resolutions, gather user feedback, and help improve IT support processes.
* Prepare and/or review decision-making documents for the Spain office.
With this you convince us
* A background in IT-related studies, supported by relevant certifications, for example certifications in Windows OS or similar systems are highly desirable.
* Basic networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software, and at least 3 years of relevant experience with employer verification.
* Fluent language skills in English and Spanish is a must.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a diplomatic, well-organized, stress-resistant, and reliable personality.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with suppliers and contractors when required.
