At Maersk, you will have the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and make a significant impact in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRunning The BusinessLead the customer and operational experience at the assigned terminal.Connect with customers as per contractual delivery promises (Dp1 / 3 and 10) in conjunction with Ocean / Feeder fulfilment teams, Area CX & Delivery, GSP, and Terminals.Overall accountability for port complex performance (terminal, towage, pilots, agents, etc.) and building relationships to drive value and optimize costs.Lead execution planning (2-4 weeks) and design planning (3 months) with all teams to ensure customer outcomes and asset capabilities are secured.Lead yard and gate strategies with Area and Fulfilment teams to maintain terminal fluidity and cargo velocity.Ensure asset turnaround and connections meet specifications.
