Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with leading retail partners, as well as other key channels, through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies aligned with internal KPIs and revenue targets.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, buying, supply chain, operations, and store support teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms to drive Net Sales and Operational Profit.
- Analyse sales data, generate forecasts, and manage budgets to optimize performance.
- Work closely with the Operations team to align demand planning with inventory availability.
- Provide accurate, timely reports to the Sales Leader and relevant internal departments.
- Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Travel as required for customer meetings and trade shows.
