Position
Join the Legal Department as a Corporate Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and review of commercial contracts in Spanish and English (NDA, CPA, Supply and Distribution, QTA, Agency, LOI, Comfort Letters, Services, Intercompany agreements).
* Participation in the review of MSA contracts.
* Contract management: administration of the contract database.
* Corporate secretarial duties for group companies: preparation of board and shareholders' meeting minutes;
maintenance of corporate books;
drafting of powers of attorney and amendments to bylaws;
coordination with notaries and the Commercial Registry.
* Insurance management: creation and maintenance of a database of the group's active insurance policies;
support to the Legal Director in monitoring insurance coverage.
* Support in day-to-day operations: handling legal queries from different departments;
assisting various teamswith routine matters such as completing forms and providing legal documentation.
* Support in Compliance and ESG: review of policies, assistance with ESG reporting and internal reporting.
* Support the personal data protection system.
* Assistance in the implementation and monitoring of the risk map.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm or in-house.
* Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
* Strong legal technical skills.
* Business-oriented mindset.
