Job Description
The Partner Manager will play a key role in building a vibrant world-class Partner Ecosystem to drive growth at Banco Caminos. This high-profile position demands a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communications, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales quota for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
2. Develop comprehensive joint go-to-market business plans for each partner and manage overall relationships.
3. SUPPORT PARTNERS IN PROSPECT QUALIFICATION, DEVELOPMENT, AND EXECUTION OF NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
4. Guide partners on necessary training and enablement to support their growth.
5. OWN INCREMENTAL RESSELLER SALES OPPORTUNITIES – CREATE OPPORTUNITIES IN CRM, BUILD QUOTES, AND MANAGE THE SALES PROCESS AND WEEKLY FORECAST FOR THOSE DEALS.
6. Support direct sales on all co-sell opportunities involving managed partners.
7. Ensure managed partners are up to date contractually with Banco Caminos and manage any contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and extensions.
8. Manage invoicing, billing, and subscription escalations involving managed partners and their indirect customers.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years' experience working with partners or in a sales position in a SaaS company.
2. Demonstrated partner management and leadership skills.
3. Experience working with multiple partners and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial type of environment.
4. Experience in building partnerships to enhance sales and customer experience.
5. Strong communicator, very analytical, and able to understand complex technology concepts.
6. High energy team player - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices.
7. Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate; with independent accountability.
8. Fluency in English.
