Become a Senior GEO/SEO Manager at MSQ DX and shape the future of digital visibility. In this key role, you will drive innovative SEO strategies, create concepts that inspire clients and move them forward. You will manage projects and people, and accompany important accounts with strategic sensitivity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement GEO/SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with the client's business objectives, working with content and PR teams.
Own strategy KPIs, monitor strategic roadmaps and analyze GEO/SEO performance to gain insights and adjust tactics.
Establish standardized processes and mentor team members, providing guidance and knowledge.
Support the sales team with knowledge, contributing to pre‐sales activities and client pitches.
Keep up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates and use this knowledge to improve client strategies.
Manage workload, meet client deadlines effectively and delegate tasks to teams or managers as required.
Share updates and expertise with the wider team.
Qualifications
3-5 years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibility.
Experience managing German and English speaking teams.
Deep SEO knowledge of content and offsite pillars.
Advanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization and content strategy.
Proven ability to communicate with clients, confidently present strategic plans and understand the brand, goals and target audience.
Adept at using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and Accuranker.
Improving processes and evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes and initial experience in AEO and GEO.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of additional analytics tools.
