As Associate Director of Business Development in the Strategic Resourcing Division (SRS), you will focus on resourcing consultancy services and FSP Solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental to the company’s ongoing success as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Swiss market.
- Developing and implementing business development plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets in Switzerland.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations and business goals.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify untapped opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the clinical or life sciences sectors.
- Knowledge of the CRO industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive business growth.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in both English and German is required; French or Italian is a plus.
