Job Responsibilities
* Develop tasks specific to each position in various plant areas, following work instructions, control guidelines, work reports, supervisor instructions, and other relevant information, with maximum efficiency.
* Maintain flexibility and polyvalence to perform different production activities assigned.
* Prepare raw materials, intermediate products, components, and packaging according to production orders and execute production.
* Organize manufactured products according to their process status.
* Provide supervisors with information about tasks, delays, or any other requested data.
* Notify supervisors for communication to maintenance in case of malfunction or breakdown.
* Report non-conforming products, identify, and segregate them.
* Control, under supervision, the production process based on the area/machine.
* Complete production control sheets and other related documents.
* Transport goods using forklifts if necessary to specific plant locations.
* Load and unload materials needed for production.
* Collaborate with other departments when required to address or correct issues.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of products during manufacturing, and maintain the condition of facilities and equipment.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the work areas.
* Participate, if necessary, in teams focused on improvements, emergency response, safety and health, incident investigation, and similar activities within your training and responsibility.
