Sales administration coordinator

We build. We create impact.You will join the sales support team and will be responsible for the following tasks :
Draft, process, and monitor quotes, orders, and deliveries in accordance with established sales support procedures.Prepare quotes for potential clients.Gather necessary information to respond quickly to emails and customer requests.Support clients and distributors.Assist in tracking deliveries for recorded orders.Open, monitor, and file customer files.Collaborate and interact with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments for follow-up on customer files.Qualifications :
Qualifications we are looking for :
Significant first experience in a similar position.Autonomous, meticulous, and proactive in taking initiatives.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation.Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.Mastery of English is essential. Native Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in a third language (French) is a plus.Additional Information :
