DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified _Media and Content Lead who is passionately committed _to elevating our global standing by expertly nurturing internal and external reach and engagement.**What you will do**:- Plan, develop and execute on communication plans that support Corporate Reputation, Brand Image and Business Growth- Lead, in partnership with our 3 Business Units (Flavors, Fragrances and Feed Additives) and our Innovation Unit, the development of enhanced branded content- Servicing any support area (HR, IT, Operations, Finance and Technical) leading or supporting their digital transformation change management communication needs.- Produce relevant content on your own (write articles, posts; edit photos, images, videos) and edit, proofread and improve content from other generators- Convert internal (sometimes technical) documents and presentations into captivating assets for targeted audiences- Rely on a pool of partners and agencies: work closely with SEO specialists, web designers/developers, graphic designers, marketing professionals, translators, and social media professionals, having a hint of all of them- Focus mainly on Digital Media, never forgetting about Traditional Media- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and user behavior, to translate into actionable engagement and reputational growth and optimization- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them- Keep updated on both white hat and grey hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines- Ensure compliance with law (e.G. copyright and data protection)**Requirements**:**What do you need**:- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising and PR, Marketing or related field- Proficient spoken and written English and Spanish- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Agency, Communication Oriented Company, as Account Manager, or in a Communication department of a B2B company.- Proven track record in B2B channels is strongly preferred, delivering on-time and creative solutions that effectively communicate business objectives**We will value**:- Master’s degree in Corporate Communication, Social Media or related field- Chinese knowledge- Previous experience in the Flavors, Fragrance and/or Feed Additives sectors, or related sectors- Experience creating best in class SEM strategies, inclusive of content optimization**Core competencies you must have**:- A truly corporate communication believer- Copywriting skills- Detail orientation- Sensitivity to Design- Data-centric and Data-driven- Creative mindset- Marathon Spirit (not Sprinter)- High learning agility and proactive attitude- Capable of working well in a complex matrix organization- Ability to organize work being structured and with planning skills- Hands-on and execution with ability to inspire change and make things happen- Ability to remain adaptable and adapt to changing situations- Strong in interpersonal and assertive relationships- Resilience and Perseverance- Integrity and ability to build trust**Your basic technical toolkit**:- Wordpress is our CMS, basic experience with HTML is a must- Our proposed Social Media set includes Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, and advanced use of WeChat is a plus- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, specially Powerpoint and Forms- Sharepoint should be the skeleton of our Intranet- Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica is used for measuring web performance- Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Sketch, or other design tools are needed for having autonomous production of visual content- Experience in editing and audio mixing of video content (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Creative Suite, After Effects) would be desirable- Any other tool you propose will be welcome!
