The ideal candidate will have the experience and passion to drive our payments program.Key job responsibilitiesLead strategic programs that will shape our DSP payments, directly affecting how we compensate delivery partners across Europe.Develop processes to address current shortcomings and enable scalability of our growing business.Conduct root cause analyses to understand the financial health of delivery partners and develop scalable processes for these analyses.Report key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.About the teamThe EU Central DSP Management team is rapidly growing and works across European countries to optimize relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degree and relevant experience in programme management, demonstrating ownership of projects and initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., V-lookups & pivot tables).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced or master's degree.Experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, or e-commerce.Experience in start-up environments, creating new processes and systems to drive improvement, especially in payments/compensation.Experience in P&L ownership or oversight.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
