Senior Internal Auditor | Logistics | Barcelona | Hybrid
Looking for a senior audit role where you can really influence how a integral business operates? Our client, is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor to join their growing internal audit team in Barcelona. This is a chance to work in the logistics sector, with visibility across an international group and real backing from senior leadership.
The role:
You’ll run end to end internal audits across operational and financial areas, helping strengthen controls, manage risk and improve how the business works.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and deliver internal audits in line with IIA standards
- Identify risks and recommend practical improvements
- Use data analytics to improve audit insight
- Work closely with stakeholders on actions and fixes
- Track progress and report clearly to leadership
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years plus internal audit experience
- Strong knowledge of risk, controls, IFRS, COSO or IIA standards
- Confident communicator with a hands on mindset
- Degree in accounting, finance or similar
- Professional certification CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIA or similar preferred
