Role: Inside Sales Consultant

Location: Alicante

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm GTM 0 / 9:30am - 6:30pm GTM+1

Salary: €22,000 plus uncapped commission | OTE €60k - €100k

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively promote and sell the benefits of market-leading products (no cold calling!).

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.

- Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Experience in direct sales, ideally in a telesales setting.

- Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.

- A results-driven approach, with the determination to exceed KPIs.

- Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.

- A positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in phone-based sales.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing KPIs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and tech-savviness.
