Hello! At Factorial we're looking for an Account Manager for Small Accounts for the Portuguese Market to give the best support to our existing customers.
Factorial bets for potential and growth, so we currently evaluate all seniority levels; Junior, Mid & Senior, as we believe diversity and collaboration are the key for rocking the world!

Your Mission

As an

Account Manager for Small Accounts, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities

Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
Support & Feedback: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
Your Profile

Native level of Portuguese and good level of English.
Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles and sales roles is highly valued.
Passion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients.
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Eager to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
