FRONT OFFICE TRAINEE: MISSION At The Lodge we are selecting a student in Internship for our Reception.
As a Front Office Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, and you will have an important role in creating an exceptional experience for them. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking phone calls, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. RESPONSIBILITIES Its main responsibilities will be the following: Receive guests and customers with a smile and a friendly and professional attitude. Manage reservations and cancellations of rooms and hotel services. Provide information about the hotel and its services to guests. Take phone calls and answer guest questions accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously. Solve any problems that guests may have during their stay. Always keep the reception and lobby clean and tidy. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
