About the role
Siroko TV is a social network dedicated to sports, helping users, athletes, entrepreneurs, brands, and clubs monetize their audiences. Our goal is to build the most inspiring, authentic, and participatory sports community with content that connects emotionally.
As Content Strategy Manager, you will lead Siroko TV's content strategy, ensuring each editorial action impacts growth, virality, and platform positioning. You will work closely with management to define and implement the content roadmap, coordinate a sport-specific team, and establish key relationships with creators, clubs, and brands.
Responsibilities
* Lead the content strategy in coordination with Siroko TV management.
* Coordinate a team with expertise in content and sports.
* Design and manage the editorial calendar, balancing content and UGC.
* Identify and activate partnership opportunities with creators, brands, clubs, and media.
* Supervise the execution of key content formats: interviews, videos, highlights, podcasts, viral formats.
* Define actions to encourage community participation.
* Ensure community growth in volume, engagement, and loyalty.
* Collaborate with Analytics and UX/UI teams to improve user experience.
* Report results, insights, and learnings to management.
Qualifications
* Passion for sports and understanding of sports communities.
* Experience leading content teams in digital platforms, media, or sports-related startups.
* Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, viral formats, UGC, and audience behavior.
* Knowledge of sports marketing and digital trends.
* Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
* Negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Native Spanish or C2 proficiency; advanced English (additional languages a plus).
Recruitment process
Initial HR interview (~30 min) + English test, followed by interviews with HR, management, and CEO.
