Urban Hive Madrid will open its doors in early 2026 at the heart of the city. It will be the second Urban Hive hotel, after Urban Hive Milano, and is intended to become a new lifestyle reference point in the capital. The hotel will host 144 rooms, 4 meeting rooms, a fitness room and a spectacular rooftop with a pool and a Sky Bar offering unique views over Madrid. In the centre of the project will be GINA Madrid, the second restaurant of the brand after the successful GINA Bordeaux, an contemporary Italian restaurant conceived as the social hub of the hotel. Its stone oven will be the heart of the space, a showcase for cooking shows and connection, where guests and locals will gather to see, smell, taste and enjoy. It will set the rhythm of breakfasts, meals and dinners, and accompany the most memorable social moments of the hotel.
Perfil
We are looking for an Executive Chef italiano/a with passion, vision and genuine personality. A creative and close person, capable of inspiring the team and adapting the GINA proposal to Madrid without losing its Italian essence.

* Experience and passion for contemporary, fresh, and creative Italian cuisine.
* Inspirational leadership: close, motivating and capable of building and empowering a team from scratch.
* Innovative vision: authentic, creative and eager to leave your own mark while respecting GINA's DNA.
* Multilingual talent: fluent Spanish and English to connect with the team and an international audience.
