We are seeking a Solution Engineer based in Madrid to serve as the technical lead for key account projects. This role requires a professional with a strong technical pedigree from ICT vendors or top-tier system integrators, specializing in the guidance and support of large-scale, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead in collaboration with account sales for specific customer projects.
- Solution Promotion: Drive the introduction of existing and updated H3C products and solutions in the local market from a technical standpoint.
- Technical Analysis: Lead the investigation and analysis of customer-specific ICT network infrastructures.
- Competitive Intelligence: Assess market competition by performing deep-dive comparisons between company products and competitor offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Partner with sales teams to develop product sales strategies and increase market share.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide management with short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and technical analyses.
- Knowledge Leadership: Maintain professional and technical expertise through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
- Training & Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance and training to client users as needed.
- Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive network/systems documentation and technical proposals.
- Business Execution: Fulfill verbal and written assignments and production tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Professional Background: Preferred experience working with ICT Vendors (Manufacturers) or Top-tier System Integrators.
- Project Experience: Proven experience in leading and supporting major/sizeable ICT projects (Major Project Guidance & Support).
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Presales or related technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity (with evidence) in several of the following: Campus Network, Data Center Network, WAN, Wi-Fi, HCI, Switches, Storage, Cloud, Security, and 5G.
- Language Skills: Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
