From the Data Marketing sector we’re seeking a Social Insight Analyst. The team includes over 200 professionals and covers all facets of data and digital marketing in a rapidly growing area facing significant challenges.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Insight Analyst who can transform large volumes of social media data into actionable insights. The role is integral to optimizing content, media investment and community strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities
Define, collect and analyze complex data from all social platforms, including campaign performance, audience behaviour, competitive benchmarking and emerging trends.
Translate data into clear and actionable insights to support decision‑making for content, audience, media spend and community management.
Develop and maintain complete, visually engaging dashboards and performance reports tailored to marketing, product and executive stakeholders.
Proactively identify optimisation opportunities for campaigns, content strategy and audience segmentation, providing data‑based recommendations to maximise engagement.
Monitor and analyse social media conversations, brand sentiment and relevant trends using advanced listening tools.
Collaborate closely with Social Media, Creative and Accounts teams to ensure data integration into the overall brand strategy.
Requirements
At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in Social Media Analytics, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or a similar role, with a strong focus on the digital and social media environment.
Positive prior experience analysing data and trends in the automotive sector is highly valued.
Expertise with social listening and analysis tools (e.G. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, HypeAuditor) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
Strong analytical, statistical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage and structure large data volumes.
Deep knowledge of metrics, algorithms and operating dynamics of major social platforms.
Native or bilingual level in English, essential for reporting, interpreting information and collaboration with international teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly.
Ability to link data insights to business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
