About the Role
The role involves comprehensive financial management for the Spanish subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax laws.
Responsibilities
* Comprehensive Financial Management: Fully responsible for the financial, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance management of the Spanish subsidiary, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
* Tax Compliance and Planning: Possess in-depth knowledge and application of relevant Spanish and EU tax laws (especially corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing) to ensure the company's tax compliance. Proactively optimize taxes, control tax risks, and effectively manage tax audits.
* Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and financial statements in accordance with group requirements (such as IFRS) and Spanish GAAP. Provide high-quality financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation, execution monitoring, and analysis of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring that business objectives are achieved within the financial controllable range.
* Treasury and Internal Control: Manage company cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities. Establish and improve the local financial internal control system to ensure asset security and compliance with both internal group audits and external audit requirements.
* Team and Collaboration: As a core financial partner for the Spanish business, support local sales, marketing, and operations teams, providing business insights from a financial perspective. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, and government agencies.
Qualifications
Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.

* In-depth knowledge of financial management and compliance.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
* Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Spain and the EU.
