 
        
        Overview German-speaking Technical Account Manager to join Arsys (part of the IONOS Group) for global cloud and hosting platforms. You will be the go-to partner for key clients, ensuring a smooth experience, tailoring solutions to business needs, and resolving technical issues. You will collaborate with internal engineering, support, and product teams while acting as a trusted advisor for the client. 
What You’ll Do Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients in the DACH region. 
Build long-term, trusted relationships and bridge communications between clients and internal technical teams. 
Deliver timely, clear, and proactive communication via phone, email, and tickets. 
Understand business goals and translate them into technical outcomes. 
Coordinate and follow up on incidents, service requests, and change implementations. 
Track and communicate resolution progress with clients and internal teams. 
Ensure infrastructure changes are documented and followed through. 
Assist in planning and monitoring small to mid-sized cloud/IT projects. 
Align internal timelines, tasks, and team responsibilities; keep clients informed at every step. 
Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and overall delivery quality. 
What We’re Looking For Fluent in German (C1+); English or Spanish is a plus. 
2+ years in a technical, project coordination, or client-facing role (IT, Cloud, SaaS preferred). 
Strong communication and organizational skills. 
Service mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment. 
Basic technical background or interest in cloud, infrastructure, or hosting solutions.
