As an "Operations Specialist" you are a key‑contributor for the success of our organization. We are looking for a professional future colleague to provide administrative and operational support for leasing operations on a global scale. Key responsibilities
Onboarding of customer project in cooperation with internal, as well as external stakeholders
Process consulting with continuous process review and identification of process‑related and systemic optimisation potential to increase process efficiency
Promotion of the standardisation of customer processes, simplification of customer processes, exploitation of automation and digitalisation potential at the customer's end
Regular monitoring of service levels via controlling reports and KPIs and follow‑up with the respective internal departments to improve the customer experience with CHG
A main contact person for internal and external customers in relation to all operational topics
Finding solutions for customer and process based challenges by analysing root causes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Participation in relevant customer meetings
Required skills
Experience : 1‑2 years in an operations, customer service, or administrative role. Do you have this within finance, leasing, or business administration? Then we consider this as a plus!
Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
Languages : Fluent in English (spoken and written) + Fluent in French / Dutch OR Italian is also required.
Attention to Detail : Strong ability to process data accurately, create and manage leasing contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Customer Focus : Ability to professionally interact with customers, handle queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Problem‑Solving : Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges and streamlining processes.
Time Management : Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
