This position is based in Barcelona, Spain .
Responsibilities
* Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market;
* Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients;
* Ensure maximumtraffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC;
* Listen to the trends of the German health-tech market and support market research efforts where required;
* Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc. );
* Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online;
* Prepare daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector;
* Very good understanding of the German market;
* Solid hands-onexperience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end;
* Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels;
* Both creative and analytical mindset;
* Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing;
* Strong writtenand verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences;
