Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on the role of Senior Planning & Performance Analyst. You will support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for leadership and project teams. This role requires autonomy, ownership of specific analyses or projects, and collaboration with stakeholders across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels.
* Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
* Create compelling presentations to communicate recommendations.
* Support project initiatives with relevant analysis.
* Leverage Tableau and Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes.
* Ensure data accuracy and reporting requirements are met.
* Coach and support P&P Analysts within the team.
* Build trust and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skillset and Experience Required
* Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
* Experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or similar environments.
* Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
