We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Product Owner) who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. This role combines hands-on QA expertise with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables while aligning development efforts with business goals.

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on new and existing product functionalities
Identify, document, track, and manage bugs through resolution
Develop and implement both manual and automated testing processes to meet client and product requirements
Monitor debugging processes and ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain transparency across workflows and proactively resolve conflicts within teams
Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and task lists to ensure smooth execution
Conduct regular reviews using project management tools to ensure alignment across development and product teams
Act as a liaison between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals
Continuously refine and reprioritize product features based on feedback and evolving business needs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively implemented
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Product Ownership roles
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automation testing frameworks

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Certification in QA or Product Ownership (e.G., ISTQB, CSPO) is a plus
