Ensure that medical devices from external suppliers distributed by Grifols Movaco comply with current regulations and guarantee that regulatory requirements are met to carry out these activities. /p h3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liLead and supervise the monitoring and maintenance of the Quality System ul liDefine processes and work instructions, as well as establish corrective and preventive actions in accordance with GDP standards. /li liCoordinate Quality Committee meetings, chaired by General Management, and system review meetings. /li liSupervise compliance with the requirements of the standard, correcting any specific non‑conformities identified. /li /ul /li liApprove the annual training plan and supervise its implementation ul liReview the training plan to ensure that personnel for whom it applies receive initial and ongoing training in Good Distribution Practices (GDP). /li /ul /li liApprove outsourced activities that may impact GDP and verify the legal compliance of clients supplied with medicinal products. ul liDefine the necessary requirements to approve suppliers/clients. /li liConduct preliminary audits of suppliers when required. /li /ul /li liStay informed about distribution complaints received. ul liReview incoming complaints. /li liPrepare complaint reports when required. /li liEnsure that any resulting corrective actions are implemented. /li /ul /li liResponsible person for the import and distribution of medical devices and IVDs. ul liSupervise documentation related to products and manufacturers. /li liRelease products received for subsequent distribution. /li /ul /li liCoordinate medicine recall operations and ensure proper implementation of other precautionary measures. ul liImplement and maintain an effective product recall procedure. /li liCoordinate product recalls. /li liAct as liaison with manufacturers and health authorities. /li /ul /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Pharmacy. /li liMinimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Responsible Person within a medicinal products wholesale distributor or a Marketing Authorisation Holder. /li liSolid knowledge and practical experience in Good Distribution Practices (GDP). /li liKnowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for the importation and distribution of medical devices. /li liAdaptability, maintaining a positive perception of the environment, resilience to stress, working constructively under pressure, and responding effectively to change and ambiguity. /li liSelf‑confidence, taking responsibility for the outcomes of one’s own decisions and those of the team. /li liLeadership ability, guiding, delegating, and supporting others as appropriate in each situation, and adapting leadership style to align with the needs of different teams and individuals. /li liStrategic planning, translating overall strategies into clear objectives and practical action plans to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. /li liAdvanced level of English (C1). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHybrid model: Flexibility for U Program. /li liFlexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7‑10 h to 16‑19 h and Friday 8‑15 h with the same flexible start time. /li liPermanent contract. /li liLocation: Parets del Vallès, Spain. /li /ul pGrifols is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
