We manage these residences on their behalf. /pp Context and missions of the job /pp As our activity keeps growing, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is looking for a new Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in its growth in the Spanish resident market. This is a position that implies managing a part-time sales development representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager. /pp As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with your manager Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus. On top of your operational day-to-day role, you will support her in enhancing our asset’s performance and defining the most relevant sales strategy. /pp To sum it up, you will be responsible for both sales execution and strategy to drive growth and build strong client relationships. /pp SALES EXECUTION /pp B2C /pulli Guide new leads through the sales process—from initial video calls to finalizing bookings. /lili Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls. /lili Assist clients with booking requirements and inquiries. /lili Keep our acquisition funnel updated in HubSpot. /li /ulp B2B /pulli Identify, attract, and close new partnerships (rental platforms, relocation agents, etc.). /lili Develop long-term accommodation partnerships with companies and business schools. /li /ulp STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT /pulli Track and report key sales KPIs. /lili Manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and a junior part-time SDR. /lili Conduct market research and competitor analysis. /lili Control and continuously optimize sales processes and tools. /lili Set up the sales processes and tools for the opening of new buildings. /lili Monitor the quality of our commercial processes. /li /ulp What are we looking for ? /pulli4+ years experience in a sales relevant role, ideally with experience both in B2C and B2B.
