Who we're looking for
We are looking for a data driven, results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative to join our team and lead our sales, helping us reach new goals in the Spanish market.
This person will be responsible for leading sales operations, managing customer service, overseeing leads and sales management, driving business development activities.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying target markets and building high-potential opportunities through proactive outreach, market analysis, and strategic networking.
* Determining and pursuing new business opportunities, such as additional services, product enhancements, or new approaches to budget management, to expand revenue streams and strengthen client relationships.
* Leading transformational deals, navigating technical intricacies, and secure stakeholder buy-in across diverse sectors.
* Managing the area's net sales expenses (NSE), ensuring adherence to direct/indirect selling and set-up expense budgets.
* Coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation and execution of sales strategies.
* Delivering reports establishing accurate sales forecasts for current month and quarterly and reviewing lead generation activities within the region.
Key requirements
* +3 years of enterprise software/cloud sales experience, consistently exceeding targets and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
* In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Environments and Cloud and AI, (IaaS, PaaS, AI) with a strong understand of applications across different business functions.
* Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Currently based in Spain with full right to work, and driving license.
* Customer-Obsessed Approach.
* Strong negotiation skill able to secure favourable terms and build lasting partnerships.
* Partnered with General Management and Operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
