We've just launched in Poland, and this is a big opportunity: the market is promising, we already have proven products, supply chain and operations running, and now we need the right person to build the commercial engine locally — with the full support of our team in Sant Cugat.
The role
You will be the first dedicated sales person for Poland based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). In the beginning, it's a "do-it-all" role (with support), meaning you'll combine sales, customer care, and operational follow-up to make sure customers are served well and sales grow fast.
What you'll do (day to day)
* Sell to the Polish market (B2B + retail leads): qualify leads, follow up, close deals.
* Own the Polish website day-to-day: basic content/product updates, promotions coordination, making sure it's always "ready to sell".
* Handle inbound communication: phone calls, emails, WhatsApp/messages — fast, friendly and effective.
* Resolve incidents end-to-end: delivery issues, product questions, returns, post-sale support — coordinating internally with ops/warehouse when needed.
* Build the playbook: learn what works, document it, and help us scale Poland with structure.
What we're looking for
* Fluent Polish + professional English (Spanish is a plus, not required).
* Living in Barcelona and able to work on-site in Sant Cugat.
* Strong commercial mindset: you enjoy selling, negotiating, and following up.
* Hands-on, organized, and proactive — you take ownership and get things done.
* Comfortable handling customers and solving problems under pressure.
