As Product Portfolio Engineer, you will play a key role in accelerating or the product management activities of the Conveyor Components product family and at the same time will support the Global PLM Modular Team creating technical content to be used in different sales and marketing activities. The role directly contributes to project growth and supports the PLM Team in meeting their objectives. The successful candidate is expected to evolve through different functional roles within a 2-3 year timeframe.

Requirements of the Job
4. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
5. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Application Engineering or Product Management Roles within a technical and industrial environment, preferably in an international company.
6. Strong communication and technical knowledge.
7. Proven experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks/Inventor or similar CAD tools.
8. Excellent written and spoken English
9. Knowledge of plastic parts moulding and extrusion will be aplus.
10. Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
11. Profound knowledge of BI tools and MS Office
12. Ability to travel up to 30%

17. Accountable for the Conveyor Components family: extrusion and machined profiles, curves, levelling feet, support bearing and other conveyor components..
18. Gap Identification and Market Alignment: Identifying missing essential products in the current offering and initiating new product development to fill those gaps. Ensuring the component product offering meets specific industry demands.
19. Rationalization: Deciding when to phase out underperforming or obsolete components to focus resources on high-growth or high-revenue products.
20. Supplier & Partner Management: the Product Portfolio Engineer may be accountable for managing the relationship between the separate manufacturing entities and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and brand standards.
21. Content Lifecycle & Accessibility: Creating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of sales and technical materials—including catalogues, brochures, presentations, and 3D models—while managing the website and internal platforms to ensure universal availability for all stakeholders.
22. Sharing the knowledge: Designing and executing trainings and technical workshops within the organization and to customers
