As part of our dynamic international People team, you will play a key role in driving our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to contribute to a tech-driven, mission-led organisation, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent.
Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering/ Tech, and more.
Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
Maintain a well‐organised and up‐to‐date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision‐making.
Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.
Who you are:
You are fluent in English and Spanish (any additional language skills are a plus)
You bring proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an international or fast‐paced environment.
You have a solid understanding of end‐to‐end hiring processes, from talent sourcing and stakeholder management to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You are a confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
You have a naturally curious mindset and a genuine interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring operations.
You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgement.
You are energised by problem‐solving, continuous improvement, and contributing to a collaborative People team.
