Communications Strategy & Transformation Manager Communications function at Verisure is critical to achieving our business and organisational goals, especially in the context of being a listed company. The Communications Strategy & Transformation Manager will have the opportunity to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the development and delivery of strategic and digital communications initiatives, tools and best practices at Group level. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the Communications Director, while also providing strong visibility with key leaders of the company. The role will be expected to lead cross-country projects, manage complex stakeholder networks, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven strategies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformational growth story. This role reports to the Corporate Communications Director. Together they will evolve the corporate communications strategy, analytics and implementation across all the countries in the organisation. You will work closely with the rest of Verisure’s growing global and local Communications team members, Group HR and ESG teams and particularly HR strategy team, and interact closely with senior leaders. Communications Function at Verisure is seen as a key role in promoting and protecting the company’s reputation, engagement and cultural cohesion across our international presence. As part of the Group Communications team, this position will lead the evolution of communications, internal digital platforms and strategic reporting that enable transformation and strengthen our global identity. Responsibilities will include: Lead the design and delivery of strategic communications and digital transformation projects across markets, ensuring alignment with Group objectives and effective local execution. Own and manage the Group’s internal communications platform approach, overseeing its continuous evolution, international deployment and performance measurement. Define, track and analyse KPIs and data insights to evaluate adoption, engagement, and business impact; prepare executive-level reports and recommendations. Develop dashboards, frameworks and communication roadmaps to enhance strategic alignment and operational efficiency across countries. Collaborate closely with Group and local stakeholders to ensure consistency, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement in communication and transformation initiatives. Oversee team budget, supplier management and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality and alignment with strategic priorities. Support the Corporate Communications Director on other relevant activities (e.g. presentations to key stakeholders, Management Team and Board, reporting and any other relevant materials.) Location The position is full-time and based in Madrid, Spain, and will also require some international travel within Europe. Reports and organization structure Direct reporting line into the Corporate Communications Director Candidate profile Experiences, Qualifications and Competencies We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and transformation goals. As a result, we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine strong strategic thinking, project management and data analytics skills, with a business-driven mindset and collaborative approach. 5-7 years of experience in strategy, transformation and project management roles, ideally within multinational or consulting environments. Proven ability to lead cross-country projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and very strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides Experience defining KPIs and managing performance dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Excel. Demonstrated project ownership and autonomy - proven track record of getting things done and leading projects from concept to measurable impact Experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse and remote teams Valuable to have some previous experience in developing, implementing and using digital Communications tools, analytics or platforms Valuable to have awareness and/or understanding of different Communications channels Competencies High EQ and level of judgment - strong, confident yet humble leader that exerts influence through value-add leadership. Ability to interact at all levels, and manage interactions with the senior leadership Ability and willingness to take a "hands on" approach, while maintaining an ability for a high level or strategic view of programme activities Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic recommendations Strong planning and prioritization with commitment to quality and attention to detail, while capable of understanding the big picture Responsiveness, multi-tasking and balancing customer demands while managing multiple deliverables/deadlines Adaptable with the ability to calmly respond to unexpected issues/priorities Collaborative and team-oriented Reflects Verisure’s DNA: Passionate in everything we do, Committed to making a difference, Always innovating, With trust and responsibility, and Winning as a team.
