Join to apply for the ServiceNow Expert (all genders) role at RHI Magnesita. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization, reporting directly to the head of ServiceNow. Lead the end‐to‐end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance.
Oversee and lead integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs).
Monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.
Ensure compliance and license adherence by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.
Support upgrade planning, release management, and environment strategy.
Several years of hands‐on experience with ServiceNow, including architecting solutions across CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, along with one or more Implementation Specialist certifications in these areas.
Expertise in ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript scripting, and complex enterprise integrations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
Strong ability to translate business requirements into high‐quality technical designs.
English – proficient/fluent
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3 or v4 certification, experience with Agile methodologies, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) can be considered an asset.
Permanent contract.
