The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Product team.
Shalion is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of two of our core products.
This is a senior-level role (5–10 years of experience) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven tech environment and wants to make a real impact on the future of e-commerce analytics.
Your Responsibilities
Own the full product lifecycle for two products of Shalion's portfolio, Digital Shelf Maestro and Commerce Media Intelligence.
Translate customer needs into actionable product features and improvements.
Define and track key success metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
Help shape the future of Shalion's product portfolio.
Lead a team of Data Analysts.
Your Profile
Solid experience as a Product Manager in a tech or data-driven company.
Comfortable working hands-on — must be able to write SQL and explore datasets independently.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills – you'll work closely with data, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Experience with dashboarding or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Willingness to learn.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in a tech scale-up.
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
