Job Description :
This position is responsible for achieving sales objectives, volume, and profit by supporting sales teams across Europe. The key goal is to maximize sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy aligned with customer needs for products and services. The role reports directly to the KAM Lead, focusing on driving growth and managing categories with all sales teams in Europe. Success requires high teamwork, cross-functional leadership, proactive and innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills to engage with clients at various levels. The position's success will be measured by delivering impactful initiatives that increase volume and value index, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute proactively to business growth.
Key roles and responsibilities :
Lead improvement and development projects within Schreiber’s organization to achieve volume and value index growth, aligning with sales leaders across Europe and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships alongside sales leaders, understanding their needs for growth, and proposing strategic goals to foster a strong partnership. Maintain visibility of quality improvements and product development efforts.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products, competitors, retailer ranges, pricing, listings, and market trends to act as a market specialist. Collaborate with marketing teams to propose strategies for profitable growth within categories.
Key ingredients :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in the Food & Beverages Industry (FMCG environment)
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Emotional intelligence, continuous learning, discipline, enterprise thinking, and results orientation
Project management and strategic thinking skills
Availability to travel up to 30% annually
