About the role:
As a Partnerships & Growth Specialist intern at Vidoomy, we are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a strong interest in partnerships and business growth, eager to learn, identify new opportunities, support relationship-building with clients and partners, and contribute to expanding the business.
You will learn to:
* Identify and map new business opportunities within the AdTech ecosystem, with a focus on key SSPs and DSPs that drive our growth.
* Research, prioritize, and reach out to potential strategic partners both; nationally and internationally.
* Keep the database of leads, partners, and opportunities up to date.
* Lead outreach: from initial contact through follow-ups and ongoing relationship development.
* Support early-stage negotiations and coordinate integrations with new partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation processes.
* Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose new expansion opportunities.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and unlock new growth channels
About You:
* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written, C1 level or higher).
* Proactive, high-energy attitude with a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Interest in digital business, entrepreneurship, and commercial development and management.
* Excellent follow-up, negotiation, closing, and reporting skills.
* Ability to build relationships from scratch and develop long-term partnerships.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
