As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving deals through the purchase order (PO) process, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring effective communication among various stakeholders. This is a key position that requires strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as deep knowledge of 2B sales operations. While in depth knowledge of solar racking and trackers is not an initial requirement, it is expected that the candidate be ready to learn many of the basic functions and design elements related to the products in order to quickly and efficiently work with our internal teams as well as client requests. This is a prime opportunity to get started in a rapidly growing company, for someone looking to become an integral part of a global team. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliReview RFP data to identify pertinent project requirements /liliLead and oversee the purchase order (PO) process from initial deal negotiation to final execution. /liliCollaborate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing. /liliTrack and monitor PO status, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained within specified deadlines. /liliIdentify and address potential bottlenecks or issues in the PO process, implementing corrective measures as needed. /liliHandle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents /liliDevelop and implement strategies to enhance sales operations efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology and tools to streamline sales operations workflows. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations and provide regular reports and analysis to management. /liliConduct training sessions to educate sales team members on sales operations processes, including PO management, documentation requirements, and CRM system usage. /liliProvide ongoing support and guidance to sales team members, addressing inquiries and issues related to sales operations. /liliCollect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. /liliGenerate regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, PO status, and other relevant metrics. /liliPresent findings and recommendations to management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes. /liliAcknowledge customers by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone calls /liliAnswers phone calls from customers regarding deals and assist in resolving any issues as they arise /liliFollow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and services /liliFollow up internally with engineering and production to ensure timely responses to clients /liliThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
