Job Summary
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. Focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy that supports business growth by sourcing top candidates in the industry to support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Continue to evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through various training models and on-the-road coaching and training. Conducts tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers. Assists in resolving issues for Tour Managers on the road when necessary. Supports planning and execution of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
* Performance Management: Manage each member of the team to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Through input and efforts of the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaborate Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements and new product development, emergency services protocols.
* Travel: This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
