RPA Junior Developer with ItalianRPA Junior Developer - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid The opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global companies through best-in-class solutions, automation and innovation, working with an international team Your key responsibilities As an RPA Developer, your responsibilities will include: - SW development, with focus on RPA solutions - SW deploy and release management, following the best practices and client policies (i.E. security, data) - Analyze and identify the root cause of the problem and define a temporary solution (Work Around) until the permanent fix - Restore malfunctioning and prevent recurring incidents - Operate to achieve the required service level agreements (SLA) and avoid breaches - Drafting and production of the necessary technical documentation - Promote the collaboration and drive automation across the delivery team Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a balanced combination of technical expertise, service management acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. Key skills and attributes to success include: - Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and the incident-problem correlation. Expertise to spot functional gaps, low efficiency or bottlenecks across the end-to-end process - Technical Proficiency: Good experience and matching background to manage the entire software development life cycle on main RPA solutions such as Microsoft PowerAutomate, Uipath and Blueprism. Technical expertise for system integration in a large enterprise context - Good Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft documentation, team collaboration and engage with diverse stakeholders - Innovation and Service-Culture Mindset: Attitude for identifying and adopting methodology and innovative solutions to increase customer satisfaction, improve the operational outcomes, identify risks effectively and leverage EY capabilities - Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, supporting knowledge sharing and collective goal achievement - Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to navigate technical documentation and communication in a bilingual environment, attitude to use tools that overcome the language barrier To qualify for the role, you must have - 1-3 Years of experience as RPA developer on Uipath, Microsoft PowerAutomate - Bachelors degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) - Knowledge of development tools (Devops, GitHub), standards and best practices (OWASP) - Basic knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS) and how they generally run - Experience in system integration (SAP, Salesforce, Web portal, CyberArk, SharePoint) - Manage multi-client service deliveries on a daily basis in different contexts and technical fields - Problem solving, efficient communication and teamworking skills - Familiarity with the common AI accelerators to execute tasks (i.E. Microsoft Copilot) - Positive attitudes that encourage innovation and continuous improvement - Proficiency in English (Must Have) and Italian (minimum level B1) Ideally, youll also have - Knowledge of Spanish language or Italian Language - Experience as developer of Agentic-AI tools (Copilot, Uipath Maestro) or Gen-AI tools (Uipath Ai center) - Experience with maintenance and SW implementation on BluePrism v7 solution - Experience with implementing PowerBi and PowerApp components What we look for We seek individuals who are passionate about their work and possess outstanding skills in their field.
