Review all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary corrections.
Calculate and process termination payments.
Process salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowances.
Be responsible for calculating deductions and ensuring employees’ sick leave and vacation time are accurate.
Provide support to the stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to our internal customers and addressing all payroll-related questions and concerns.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Payroll Department, collaborating closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR, as well as store teams.
Who You Are
A degree in Labour Relations or Law.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience running the full payroll process, either in an in‑house payroll department or within a payroll service provider.
Experience handling payroll calculations, incidences and settlements.
Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English.
Curious and ambitious to learn and develop, with a proactive approach to gaining new knowledge and improving continuously.
Detail‑oriented, with a strong customer service mindset, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a supportive approach in all payroll interactions.
Proactive, committed, and able to work effectively within a larger team, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
