What You Will Do
* Lead global and local product launch projects, ensuring planning, coordination, and delivery of key milestones.
* Develop project plans defining milestones, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
* Manage projects using suitable project management methods (agile or waterfall).
* Monitor KPIs and project goals, reporting progress to steering committees and governance boards.
* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
* Ensure a smooth transition of project outcomes into operational business.
* Coordinate all involved departments globally to ensure a successful product launch.
* Manage stakeholders effectively and drive internal project communication and visibility.
* Guide and support international project team members from different functional areas.
* Contribute to team‑ and department‑wide project roadmaps and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* University degree in marketing or a comparable business‑related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of product launch processes and product management.
* Solid project management experience and familiarity with PM tools.
* Excellent professional‑level written and spoken English.
