We are looking to expand our team with a Financial Crime Consultant who has a strong technological and domain background, capable of leading the end-to-end delivery of complex Financial Crime initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust data pipelines, and effective control coverage.

What will you do?
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Financial Crime projects and data initiatives within the TSB Fincrime Data and Transaction Monitoring (TM) migration program.
* Manage complex change across Financial Crime data and TM domains, ensuring platforms, data, and controls are migrated and implemented according to regulatory expectations and program milestones.
* Ensure effective control coverage and integrity throughout migration and into BAU.
* Operate across all phases of IT delivery projects: requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU.
* Collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver solutions on time.
* Participate in architecture and governance forums, providing technical leadership and guidance.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
Requirements
* More than 5 years of experience as a consultant.
* Proven experience leading technology and/or data delivery within Financial Crime or closely related domains in Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of Financial Crime controls and data pipelines, ELT mechanisms, ideally including some combination of:
* Transaction Monitoring (TM)
* Screening / Sanctions
* KYC / Customer Due Diligence
* Alerts, cases, and regulatory reporting
* Demonstrable track record of end-to-end delivery across IT projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
* Experience managing complex change with multiple teams, dependencies, and vendors in a regulated environment.
* Advanced English.
