We are currently seeking a
Repair Program Manager – Mediterranean (MED)
to join our
Global Repair team. This role is crucial for developing repair activities in the region, introducing new products and strategies to the market, and fostering business growth aligned with Vestas’ circularity goals.

What you’ll do:
Develop and own the regional repair strategy, including a roadmap to grow and improve the business.
Identify and execute initiatives to scale repair operations:
new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and product introductions.
Collaborate closely with the Global Repair organization, Strategic Business Units (SBUs), internal repair workshops, and external vendors.
Prepare regular reports on business development, cost savings, repair utilization, and market trends.
Create and implement regional supply plans and pricing strategies for repaired components, ensuring financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Deliver on key performance targets, including savings, repair utilization, and circularity metrics.
Provide data and business cases to support decision-making and foster cross-functional alignment.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, supply chain, production, or logistics within a technical industry (renewables).
Extensive experience in strategy development and execution;
knowledge of repair processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Proficient communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, Italian, or Spanish.
Excellent project management skills, comfortable with change management and cross-organizational collaboration.
Dedicated, results-oriented, with effective task management and teamwork skills.
