Your responsibilities will include
- Support day-to-day transport planning and shipment execution (inbound & outbound).
- Prepare and check shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs docs).
- Monitor shipment status and update internal stakeholders on delivery progress.
- Assist with warehouse coordination (stock movements, receipts, dispatches).
- Provide administrative support to senior logistics team members.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and TMS systems.
- Carry out invoice verification processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies
Minimum requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn ERP/TMS systems (SAP etc.).
- Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping terms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, team player attitude.
- Spanish and English proficiency (basic written & spoken for emails and calls).
- 0–2 years of logistics/supply chain experience (or fresh graduate with internship background).
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse systems and quickly adapt to new technologies
