Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Coslada.


Responsibilities

1. Control and direct the processes of service invoicing, contracts, credit memos, and administrative aspects related to the service department, rentals, and sales.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with rental service providers and ensure smooth communication with customers for accurate invoicing and order management.
3. Supervise and coordinate invoicing of services and subscriptions in the technical area.
4. Follow up administratively on purchases and contracts related to rental equipment.
5. Manage relationships with rental service providers, ensuring quality compliance and adherence to conditions.
6. Communicate with customers for accurate invoicing and order management.
7. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, purchasing, technical) to ensure efficient administrative processes.
8. Propose improvements in administrative and billing control procedures.
9. Maintain and update records and reports in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
10. Generate periodic control and follow-up reports.
11. Manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts.


Qualifications

* Experience in administrative management, order and invoice management, and familiarity with platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
* Fluent communication skills.
* Knowledge of document management and administrative tracking tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Bachelor's degree or professional training.
* Basic to medium knowledge of English.
* Customer service, organizational, and planning skills.
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
