Experteer Overview In this role you will lead End-to-End Logistics Operations across Spain, driving operational excellence and meeting internal and external customer needs. You will shape performance monitoring, drive improvements, and boost customer satisfaction while developing the team with proven and innovative logistics solutions. A key early focus is the Albacete Hub entry into service, guiding the ramp-up and stabilisation phases. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient, worldwide shipments and LSP management.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Spain and drive performance improvements
- Lead service delivery to internal customers across assembly lines, flight lines, centers of excellence, and support services
- Manage Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and contracts, including a 20M annual spend
- Ensure global shipments and compliance with integrity standards
- Develop team competence and implement logistics solutions
- Drive entry into service, ramp-up, and stabilisation of the Albacete Hub project
- Monitor customer satisfaction and act on feedback to optimise service levelsResponsabilidades
