About The Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative and results-focused Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across key audiences—developers, researchers, enterprise leaders, and the broader tech community. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires a deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, and content strategy in complex B2B or deep-tech environments. What You'll Do
* Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to support company goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
* Manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), organic social, email, SEO, and web.
* Develop digital marketing plans for product launches, developer engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
* Oversee the company’s digital presence—ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compelling storytelling.
* Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, creative, and engineering teams to create high-impact campaigns that resonate with technical and executive audiences.
* Own performance analytics—track KPIs, analyze funnel data, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
* Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
* Stay on top of digital trends, quantum industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
* 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, deep tech, or scientific fields.
* Proven success managing and scaling digital campaigns across web, paid media, email, and social.
* Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, A/B testing platforms).
* Experience marketing to technical and enterprise audiences.
* Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for clean, accurate, and engaging messaging.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience working at a startup or high-growth tech company.
