The MMA Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, delivering great member service along with Private Training and Supplement revenue. They address member concerns, employee relations issues, oversee scheduling and time‐keeping activities, communicate and enforce Company and Club policies, and attain revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. The position requires 7‐day availability, including morning and night shifts. Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete staff sales through the turnover process. Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‐sign clients on full programs to hand off to the coaching staff. Generate complimentary appointments via in‐person/digital prospecting to sell personal training programs. Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments. Assist in all revenue‐generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‐fat tables, seminars, workshops, and more. Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President, and staff to identify issues and clarify behavior needed to meet goals. Administer company policies related to the sales process. Independently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery. Coordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits according to their availability and needs. Maintain up‐to‐date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations. Manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination. Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive, revenue and service goals are communicated, and the club stays on track to reach financial objectives. Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives consistent with company standards. Conduct monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with coaches to review performance, operations, and provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward personal and club goals. Handle member service matters such as providing tours, explaining services, signing up for training agreements, and pharmacies. Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating when appropriate. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas. Notify Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs; conduct daily facility walk‐throughs. Supervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and perform follow‐up compliance checks on club systems and employee performance. Organization Relationships The MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and enforces all policies and procedures with the Coaching Team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees. Required Qualifications In‐depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, plus sales. In‐depth experience and thorough Mixed Martial Arts technical ability related to striking/grappling (MMA PT Sales Manager Only). Ability to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong customer service focus, responding professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff. Clear understanding of oral and written instructions; communicates concisely. Strong organizational skills, understanding basic record‐keeping practices, and prioritizing multiple tasks. Computer proficiency with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Required Experience Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. Current CPR/AED certification. High school diploma or GED. Four‐year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred). Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience in management/employee relations preferred. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand while performing job duties. Daily physical effort includes lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs. Compensation Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
