Ayvens Digital & IT is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive value through continuous product and process improvement.
Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state processes.
- Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and other artefacts (e.G., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs) mapped to Ayvens General Process Structure (GPS).
- Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
- Analyze data and collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement in product and process performance.
- Support development teams by providing clear, testable user stories and assisting in solution design.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Act as a key contact for product-related queries and serve as a product ambassador internally and externally.
- Ensure alignment across systems and reconcile needs across business units when integrating solutions.
- Support rollout of new functionalities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Fill in for the Product Manager or Scrum Master when required.
- Stay informed about technology trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar digital product management role.
- Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple projects independently.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial and market analysis.
- Experience in supporting and motivating a team to deliver on objectives.
- Intercultural competence and experience working with multi‑cultural teams or across multiple regions.
